I want all my clients to be satisfied with their purchase. All customised items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect, in which case we will work with you to make it right. For all other purchases, we offer a 30-day return policy, minus shipping costs. Please get in touch with us directly to begin a return. 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment. Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. personalised candles) may take up to 48 hours longer. 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Delivery can take from 2 days to 7 days. 

All candles are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
